地瓜葉/料理DIY:香油薑絲炒地瓜葉
材料:地瓜葉300、薑絲30克
調味料:香油2茶匙、鹽、雞粉、糖少許
作法:
1.地瓜葉洗淨備用。
2.香油下鍋、薑絲爆香後,加入地瓜葉快炒,最後加鹽、雞粉與糖調味即可。
