行政院長吳敦義說要救失業，但監察院則表示，對行政院救失業的政策，沒能發揮效益，進行糾正。
由於行政院因應失業的跨部會小組，沒能提出長期對策，促進就業方案未發揮整合、督導、執行功能，讓2月失業率還飆到5.76%，監察院對此一口氣行政院、經建會和勞委會，提出糾正案。
